Paul E. Kelly, A founding partner, has practiced law in Illinois since 1976. He spent nine years as a prosecutor with the Cook County State Attorney’s Office and then worked as an associate and partner for 20 years at the Chicago civil litigation firm of Hoffman, Burke & Bozick. He concentrates in personal injury, commercial litigation, workers’ compensation and employment matters.
David L. King, A founding partner, has practiced law in Illinois since 1981. He was an Assistant State Attorney in Cook County and worked for Hoffman, Burke & Bozick for 15 years before joining forces with Paul Kelly to form Kelly & King, P.C. His practice includes corporate counsel and defense, insurance litigation, personal injury, work injury and medical malpractice.
Katherine K. Haussermann, Associate Attorney, joined Kelly & King in 2025. Admitted to practice in state courts and federal court for the Northern District of Illinois, she focuses her practice on all civil and commercial litigation cases.
